Dear Friend,

With the increase of motorcycle riders in the state of Arkansas, there will be a need for motorcycle accessories, riding gear, parts, etc.  Our goal is to make the motorcycling community aware that these products, and more, will be available at our event.

This is one of the largest events of its kind in Arkansas and we want to extend to you an invitation to be part of it.

The dates for the event are Feb 18th and 19th of 2012.  The location will be at the Hall of Industry at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds on Roosevelt Road in Little Rock, AR.

A 10 ft. X 10 ft. vendor space rents for $60.00 each for the two day event.  Setup will be on Friday, Feb 17th, 2012 from 2 pm to 7 pm.  Please return your vendor application as soon as possible as indoor spaces are limited.  You will be provided with 2 vendor passes for the first space rented and 1 pass for each space rented thereafter.  Extra vendor passes are available for $5.00 each and are good for the 2 day event. Only 2 extra passes per vendor please.  Please make sure your helpers have their passes when they arrive or they will have to pay the $6.00 admission fee. Due to the constrained quarters of the building, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING FOR SETUP.

The doors will be open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.  The building will be locked at 7 pm on Saturday, reopened 7 am Sunday.  We will have security on site for the event including Friday and Saturday nights.  Please remove your wares after the swap meet Sunday.

Should the Arkansas State Fairgrounds Association cancel the event, a rain date will be scheduled.  NO REFUNDS will be made.

RV camping is available on the fairgrounds.  The fee is $25.00/day + tax for 30 amp hookup and $35.00/day + tax for 50 amp hookup, collectable at the campground.
